Got my exclusive today, and did a couple quick adjustments to him. Had to take about 1/4" off the HT neck for the helmet to sit at the right level when on his noggin. The finish is a little dissapointing, especially alongside my marmit and medicom troops. I may want to hit it with a coat of gloss white down the line at some point.

Here he is with a casted Marmit cod piece. The Marmit mid,cod and belt are one sculpt so it limits the movement somewhat. Overall it looks a tad better with the right size cod piece. Just need to do a better job matching the paint.
Now I have an extra stormie belt for a Han or Luke ANH bash.

I didn't know the real helmets were made in three pieces. That's really cool that sideshow would take that extra step to get the figure more authentic to the original.

A friend of mine from the 501st said that's how the real helmets were/are made, in 3 parts. Sideshow paid close attention I guess?

The rubber I used isn't working as well as silicone. The legs are still not as tight as I'd like them to be. But it's not as loose as before, so that's an improvement.
I checked Indy's butt, it's not removable.

Hey are you guys gonna make the Stormie more glossy? He looks rather dull at the moment...

Looks very sharp

I had figured I would need to do the chest armor as well - I had to do the same for my Marmits. I just glued a strap of elastic to the inside at either end. This keeps it pretty snug.

Yup, that's the Hasbro Clone armour. I only replaced the original body with a Bbi body. Kept the hands and feet, no other mods. I guess this is one of the better looking Hasbro 12" offerings...
I can't afford the Medi clone!

Wow Kinster, great looking Clone. Is that the Hasbro armor? Looks great next to the SS.

Don't worry about the body, no seams to force just screws. Its very customizer friendly!

Bitchin: The helmet has 3 screws and is glued together. I was very careful with the head gun to split it in 3. The legs are a tad thin, I plan on adding a tad of foam to the shin armor to get it to ride better.

Here's a picture of mine, standing next to Hasbro Clonetrooper (Bbi body).

And here's the velcro fix, two pieces of the 'fuzzy' side on the insides of the armour and a long strip of the 'clingy' side to hold the armour together.

Wow! Does the helmet really split apart or did you cut it apart like that. I haven't picked one of these guys up yet but they look great I'm really tempted.
The body appears to be really thin though especially the legs. Is the thigh armor really thick?

Just got mine yesterday, here is some quick pics next to his boss. Its a great figure, the body is a tad loose. I will need to address the hips and ankles to make him stand on his own, but overall I'm very happy with him.
